The General Authority for the Care and Management of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque has launched the pilot version of the Rafid Al-Haramain platform. This initiative aims to strengthen engagement with visitors and the Guests of Ar-Rahman by receiving reports, inquiries, feedback, and suggestions, thereby contributing to the continuous development and enhancement of the quality of services provided within the Two Holy Mosques.
The Rafid Al-Haramain platform aims to empower beneficiaries to actively participate in service improvement by sharing their opinions and suggestions, as well as tracking reports and inquiries with flexibility and ease. This supports the development of the working environment and the services offered to the Guests of Ar-Rahman at the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque.
Additionally, the platform helps unify reporting channels, streamline follow-ups, improve processing quality, and ensure accurate routing of requests. It also introduces advanced reporting tools and operational and executive dashboards, while enhancing integration with related systems to improve beneficiary satisfaction and strengthen operational readiness during peak periods.
It is worth noting that the platform aims to increase the number of system beneficiaries and improve implementation efficiency within targeted timeframes. It also seeks to enhance the user experience by simplifying procedures and developing monitoring and communication tools, ultimately building a more effective and sustainable digital ecosystem in service of visitors to the Two Holy Mosques.
The pilot launch of the platform is expected to measure its on-the-ground impact and test its operational readiness, paving the way for expanded deployment to support the sustainable development of services and improve the overall experience for visitors and the Guests of Ar-Rahman.
