The General Authority for the Care and Management of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque has translated the ‘Arafah Day sermon for Hajj 1447 AH into 50 global languages as part of an integrated digital system aimed at conveying the content of the sermon and its message of moderation to Muslims around the world in their various languages. This translation comes as an extension of the General Authority’s commitment to enhancing the pilgrims’ experience, enriching their spiritual journey, and enabling the widest possible audience of Muslims to benefit from the meanings and objectives of the ‘Arafah sermon, thereby contributing to the dissemination of Islam’s tolerant message and the reinforcement of the values of moderation and tolerance. The General Authority explained that the translation project relies on specialised personnel and modern technologies that ensure accurate and professional transmission of the sermon’s content, while broadcasting it through official digital platforms and electronic channels, allowing immediate access for beneficiaries both inside and outside the Kingdom. This project reflects the wise leadership’s — may Allah support it — commitment to developing the services provided to the Guests of Ar-Rahman and harnessing the latest technologies to enrich their worship experience, highlighting the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s leading role in serving Islam and Muslims.
