Jeddah, October 08, 2026, SPA -- Jeddah will host the sixth edition of the Hajj Conference and Exhibition from November 08 to 11, 2026. The event is organized by the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in cooperation with the Pilgrim Experience Program, one of the Saudi Vision 2030 programs, under the patronage of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. It will bring together more than 520 local and international entities from the government, private, and nonprofit sectors, along with officials and specialists from the government, private, and third sectors.
The conference reflects the leadership's continued commitment to serving pilgrims and Saudi Arabia's efforts to develop the Hajj services ecosystem and improve service quality. It also supports the objectives of Saudi Vision 2030 and the Pilgrim Experience Program. The event represents a key milestone in early preparations for the 1448 AH Hajj season. These preparations include completing contracts, discussing operational and regulatory matters, presenting solutions and initiatives, building partnerships, and enhancing readiness for the season.
The Hajj Conference and Exhibition brings together leaders, officials, and specialists from around the world across three main tracks: infrastructure and operational services, empowerment and integration, and sustainable development. The sixth edition features more than 15 main zones and programs. These include the Hajj Conference, Hajj Council, the Awareness and Training Forum, held for the first time, workshops, the Entrepreneurship and Innovation Zone, a hackathon, and the Business Center. The event also features technology, health, media, and aviation oases, along with a special meeting for heads of Hajj affairs offices. These activities provide opportunities for dialogue, showcasing solutions, business development, and partnership-building.
Alongside the conference, a specialized exhibition dedicated to the Hajj services ecosystem will cover an area exceeding 67,000 square meters. It will feature entities and providers of services and solutions from more than 150 countries. The exhibition will bring together leaders, Hajj affairs offices, and service providers, as well as specialized communities in aviation, transport, hospitality, health, infrastructure, technology, innovation, workforce, investment, and business development.
