Madinah Friday Sermon Highlights Faith in Day of Judgment, Condemns Terrorist Attacks on Holy Sites…
Madinah, October 16, 2026, SPA -- In his Friday sermon, Imam of the Prophet's Mosque Sheikh Ahmed Al-Hudhaifi exhorted Muslims to observe piety and highlighted the profound tranquility and uprightness that firm belief in the Day of Judgment instills in a believer's life.
Sheikh Al-Hudhaifi emphasized the inviolable sanctity and elevated stature of the Two Holy Mosques in Makkah and Madinah as enduring sanctuaries of peace, worship, and security, and condemned the actions of the terrorist Houthi militia and its criminal affiliates, who targeted Makkah, Madinah, and King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh. He underscored that shedding innocent blood, terrorizing peaceful citizens, and endangering pilgrims and visitors represent heinous crimes and severe transgressions categorically rejected by Islamic Sharia, sound reason, human conscience, and international norms.
The imam concluded his sermon by praying to Allah the Almighty to safeguard the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the bastion of faith, the cradle of divine revelation, and the land hosting the resting place of the Prophet. He also prayed for the preservation and success of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and HRH the Crown Prince, asking Allah to protect the Kingdom's frontiers and grant steadfast victory to its armed forces stationed on the borders.
