Kidana Launches 'Elite Makkah' Program to Qualify Young Saudi Talent

Makkah, August 31, 2026, SPA -- Kidana Development Company, the executive arm of the Royal Commission for Makkah City and Holy Sites, has launched the "Elite Makkah" training program for outstanding university graduates, aiming to qualify national talent to contribute to the development of Makkah and support the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's objectives in serving pilgrims and Umrah performers.

The program aims to build and develop national capabilities through one year of on-the-job training, recruiting top graduates and providing them with a comprehensive development plan designed according to international best practices.

The program targets a diverse range of disciplines, including artificial intelligence, computer engineering, computer programming, information technology, civil engineering, industrial engineering, architecture, business administration and marketing, finance, investment and economics, legal affairs, and human resources.
