Part of the presidency's advisory framework, the service helps international pilgrims clarify acts of worship and rulings in their native languages to support the proper performance of their rituals.

The presidency has allocated two toll-free numbers—8001222100 and 8001222400—to ensure direct access. The service complements smart technologies and digital platforms deployed throughout the Grand Mosque to address religious inquiries in 11 languages.
