Madinah, October 08, 2026, SPA -- The arrival of the fourth and final batch of guests under the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' Umrah and Visit Program for 1448 AH was completed today in Madinah. The program, implemented by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance, includes visits to the Prophet's Mosque and several Islamic and historical sites before the guests travel to Makkah to perform Umrah. The ministry has prepared an integrated system of services and facilities to receive and care for them.

The ministry, through its reception and organization committees, implemented an integrated plan to receive and assist the guests from the departure of their flights from their home countries until their arrival in Saudi Arabia. It also facilitated reception procedures and transportation to their accommodations, ensuring their comfort and enabling them to perform their rituals and complete their visit programs with ease and peace of mind. The guests praised the warm reception, hospitality, and continuous care they received.

The fourth batch comprises 250 Umrah performers from 21 countries: Pakistan, Bangladesh, India, Sri Lanka, Nepal, Maldives, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, Azerbaijan, Türkiye, Georgia, Russia, Bhutan, Australia, New Zealand, Vanuatu, Solomon Islands, and Fiji.

With the arrival of the fourth and final batch, all guests hosted under the program this year have arrived. The total number is 1,000 Umrah performers from 65 countries, hosted at the personal expense of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud. This reflects the Kingdom's continued care for Islam and Muslims and its commitment to enabling them to visit the Two Holy Mosques and perform Umrah.
