Makkah, October 05, 2026, SPA -- The General Authority for the Care of the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque continues to provide on-site services to Grand Mosque visitors through its guest care centers to help ensure a smooth, comfortable experience.

The centers provide comprehensive services, including guidance, luggage storage, and lost-and-found assistance. They also offer specialized support for older people and people with disabilities, along with dedicated care for children, women, and lost individuals.

Additionally, the centers provide visitors with access to an interactive map via a QR code, enabling them to locate various sites and services within the Grand Mosque easily.

These services are part of the authority’s efforts to elevate the quality of services provided, thereby enabling visitors to perform their rituals and acts of worship with ease and tranquility.
